Who Controls Devotion to Our Lady of America?
July 20, 2008: On December 11, 2007 (letter below) Bishop Leonard P. Blair states the Patricia Fuller is not a Catholic religious sister and does not live in a convent.
As indicated (letter below) by Francis Cardinal George, O.M.I., President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)
it is Bishop Leonard P. Blair that has jurisdiction.
Archbishop Raymond L. Burke has confirmed that, since he sent his opinion letter to every
United States Catholic Bishop on May 31, 2007(letter below), no Catholic bishop has disagreed with his opinion.
The office of Bishop Blair has recently confirmed that he agrees with the opinion letter of Archbishop Burke.
This Pope John Paul II Cultural Center recently used the statue of Our Lady of America as the
centerpiece during a reception for Stanislaw Cardinal Dziwisz, Archbishop of Krakow, Poland and the former
secretary to Pope John Paul II.
"By thy Holy and Immaculate Conception, Oh Mary, deliver us from evil."
((Footnote - August 2, 2008: Certain portions of Bishop Blair's letter have been blocked out for the time being because the presentation of the entire letter was unfairly misconstrued. The whole letter was originally presented to authenticate the statement which is in the remaining sections in order to prove the non-religious status of Patricia Ann Fuller. The paragraphs displayed are fair use to defend against the false claims made by Patricia Ann Fuller a.k.a Sr. Joseph Therese)
