Gratitude to The Most Holy Trinity, to Our Lady of America, and to you who have prayed!

The Federal Court at Indianapolis on Thursday, September 18, 2014, issued an Amended Judgment which precludes any successful assertion by Patricia Ann Fuller of copyrights or trademarks burdening the Our Lady of America devotion and this title of the Blessed Virgin Mary! On September 18, 2014, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana by Judge William T. Lawrence issued its Amended Judgment [Document 856].  The jury determined that the essential devotionals for Our Lady of America were placed into the public domain by the visionary Sr. Mary Ephrem.    This verdict invalidated the claims of Fuller that she owned copyrights of the key devotionals.

The defendants still have a right to appeal.  Please pray that any appeal is unsuccessful.
